There are only a handful of primary schools in southern Sudan to assist about 3 percent of the population. There are virtually no secondary schools.
These students are fellow Episcopalians and Catholics. Hope With Sudan strives to strengthen communities where exiled Sudanese live, bringing them the medical care and education they need to thrive.
San Jose is now home to over 60 Sudanese refugees who fled their homes when they were as young as four years old.
